Van-Aid Est-2022

On the 24th of Febuary2022, Russia invaded the Ukraine in a major escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian war which started in 2014.  The war has caused the deaths of tens of thousands of civilians and instigated Europe's largest refugee crisis since World War 2.

It was on the 1st of March 2022, that Andy Thewliss and Steve Marsh decided that they could no longer sit back and watch the horrific events unfold.  From here they founded Van-Aid, hoping that together and with a network of friends and volunteers they could set out to really make a difference to those in need.  With a host of volunteers with backgrounds in logistics, financing, marketing and transportation we were able to become a CIC on the 28th of April 2022.
